ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENTS
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Livewinz NV (the "Company"), governing your use of our website, platform, services, software, applications, products, information, materials and content available on it.
GENERAL USE AND LICENSE
The Company grants You a limited license to access, view, download and print the material displayed on this Website solely for Your personal non-commercial purposes or to make decisions regarding investments in games of chance.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms are the entire Agreement between you and Livewinz N.V., superseding all previous agreements, understandings or communications related to its subject matter which may exist now or ever have done so before it was signed by us mutually deciding that it should serve this purpose.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The English language is governing language of these Terms with respect for laws where applicable also being applied accordingly - other languages and countries shall be taken into account wherever feasible as per law.
